SHIPPING POLICY

INFORMATION
Our products ship from Monday to Friday, within 1-2 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. All packages will be shipped in the order they are received.

We make the best efforts to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected by our staff for damages and defects prior to leaving the warehouse. In the case of defective or wrong items, please contact customer service via e-mail info@bonplex.com within thirty (30) days of delivery.

FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is provided for orders of $50 or more. Orders will ship via Postal Service (3-5 business days) unless they contain items that requires Ground shipping (4-7 business days).

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Please allow 1 business day for orders to be processed and shipped by our warehouse. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. Please make sure to input the correct email address.

Shipping time varies depending on the method used and the location.
East coast will take about 1 to 3 business days, and West coast will take about 4-7 days to arrive.

BONPLEX use the following carriers to ship online orders:
USPS - United States Postal Service
UPS - United Parcel Service
FEDEX 


DID NOT ARRIVE / PACKAGE LOST
Please check with family or household members first, or other areas where your package may have been left. Make sure your address was correct when it was sent.

You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.

BONPLEX IS NOT LIABLE for any lost, stolen packages or any delays caused by natural disasters or the shipping carrier.

All items purchased from BONPLEX are sent by a third-party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.


MY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT. WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact us at info@bonplex.com immediately. We may be able to change the address for you if your order has not processed yet. 
In the event that your order is returned to sender due to inaccurate shipping information, your order will be refunded after receiving the package back. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For further assistance please contact our customer service.

BONPLEX IS NOT LIABLE for any lost, stolen packages or any delays caused by natural disasters or the shipping carrier.

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT. WHAT DO I DO?
If your package is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific directions on where to deliver your package. Some cases the carrier will need to update your address or intercept your package which may require an additional charge. BONPLEX is not responsible for any additional fees.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control.
If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping cost varies by destination and weight. Free shipping is not available for locations outside of the US. BONPLEX is not liable for any freight charges, international duties or taxes incurred by delivery, refused shipment or unclaimed goods. Please refer to your home country's government website for tax and duties charges for a full breakdown. If taxes and customs fees are not paid on arrival, we will be unable to refund the parcel until it has been returned to us. We are only able to provide a refund once the parcel has been received.

Customers located outside of the US must have a matching billing and shipping address. Your order will be canceled if your international addresses don’t match. 


HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact info@bonplex.com with your order number, and we will check if the order is still within the cancellation window.
