CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
We offer all our U.S. customers a 30-day return guarantee. Items must be unopened, unused, and returned in the original packaging. The item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM
If your item(s) arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact customer service via email at info@bonplex.com with photographic evidence within ten (10) days of delivery.
If an order is returned to us due to being undeliverable (insufficient address, refused, not picked up, etc.), the order will be refunded excluding shipping costs.

Ensure that your return is received by BONPLEX by adding insurance to your parcels through your mail delivery service.

Refunds may take up to 3 to 5 business days to process. If the refund takes longer than 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund.
