We trust and believe in the quality and results of our BONPLEX products. If you are not happy or satisfied with any of the product you have ordered through www.bonplex.com, then you may request a refund within 15 days of the purchase date.


CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
We offer all our US customers a 30-day return guarantee. Items must be unopened, unused and must be returned with the box that came in. The item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM 
In the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly received item(s), please contact customer service via email info@bonplex.com within thirty (30) days of delivery. After the inspection of the inquiry, we will send you a return label for the order to be returned.

In the case of shipping carrier issues, these will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If the shipping carrier loses the order and it is unable to be delivered, we will re-ship the order. If the order is returned to us due to being unable to be delivered (insufficient addresses, refused, not picked up, etc.), the order will be refunded excluding shipping costs.


INSTRUCTIONS
When contacting about a potential return, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Contact information
  • List of item(s) (including description of damages or defects).
  • Pictures of the item(s) if its damaged, defective or incorrect.

Upon reviewing the information provided, our customer service department will contact you within 1-3 business days.
Once your claim has been approved you must return the item within 10 days.
Ensure that your return is received by BONPLEX by adding an insurance to your parcels through your mail delivery service.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND?
You will receive an email confirming your refund.
Refunds may take up to 3 to 5 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund if the refund takes longer than 10 business days.
