CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
We offer all our U.S. customers a 30-day return guarantee. Items must be unopened, unused, and returned in the original packaging. The item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM 
If your item(s) arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact customer service via email at info@bonplex.com with photographic evidence within ten (10) days of delivery.

If an order is returned to us due to being undeliverable (insufficient address, refused, not picked up, etc.), the order will be refunded excluding shipping costs.


INSTRUCTIONS
When contacting us about a potential return, please provide:

  • Contact information
  • List of item(s) (including description of damages or defects)
  • Pictures of the item(s) if damaged, defective, or incorrect

Upon reviewing the information provided, our customer service department will contact you within 1-3 business days.
Once your claim has been approved you must return the item within 10 days.
Ensure that your return is received by BONPLEX by adding insurance to your parcels through your mail delivery service.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND?
You will receive an email confirming your refund.
Refunds may take up to 3 to 5 business days to process. If the refund takes longer than 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund. If you still have not received a confirmation email after 10 business days, please contact us at info@bonplex.com.
