Yes, our bottles and boxes are made of recyclable plastics and paper, once you finish up using our BONPLEX product, check carefully to properly dispose and recycle.

ORDERS AND RETURNS
Can I change an order once it's been submitted?
We are unable to modify an order that has been already submitted, however you can contact us immediately to check if your order is still in process to intercept it before it ships.
How can I cancel my order?
Contact info@bonplex.com with your order number, and we will check if the order is still within the cancellation window.
How do I track my order?
After placing an order, an email will be sent with the confirmation, once the process is finish and ships, another email will be sent with a shipping confirmation and tracking information.
Can I return an order?
We offer all our US customers a 30-day return guarantee. Items must be unopened, unused and must be returned with the box that came in. The item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
What do I do if the products arrive damaged?
In the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly received item(s), please contact customer service via email info@bonplex.com within thirty (30) days of delivery. After the inspection of the inquiry, we will send you a return label for the order to be returned.
Can I get free samples of BONPLEX products?
BONPLEX offer free samples for a limited time during special events. If you want to try our products, you can buy our travel sizes or you can buy without hesitation, if you are not satisfied with our product, we will provide a full refund (please check our money back guarantee line).

Refunds may take up to 3 to 5 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund if the refund takes longer than 10 business days.

IS FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE?
Free shipping is provided for orders of $50 or more. Orders will ship via Postal Service (3-5 business days) unless they contain items that requires Ground shipping (4-7 business days).

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Please allow 1 business day for orders to be processed and shipped by our warehouse. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. Please make sure to input the correct email address.
Shipping time varies depending on the method used and the location.
East coast will take about 1 to 3 business days, and West coast will take about 4-7 days to arrive.

All items purchased from BONPLEX are sent by a third-party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
I entered the wrong address, What can I do?
Please contact us atinfo@bonplex.com immediately. We may be able to change the address for you if your order has not processed yet.
In the event that your order is returned to sender due to inaccurate shipping information, your order will be refunded after receiving the package back. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For further assistance please contact our customer service.

There is a problem with my shipment, what do I do?
If your package is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific directions on where to deliver your package. In some cases, the carrier will need to update your address or intercept your package which may require an additional charge. BONPLEX is not responsible for any additional fees.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Can I get advice on which product is best for my hair?
Every person has a different hair, but you are the one who knows better than anyone. BONPLEX series is for all hair types, even for virgin hair, any of the product will suit on you, we believe that our product is the best in the market.
How often should I shampoo?
You can use the shampoo everyday without worries.
I am new to using treatment, how can I use Bonplex?

How often can I use the treatment on my hair?
For BONPLEX-i the ideal usage is once a week for normal to damaged hair.
For severely damaged twice a week is recommended.
For BONPLEX REBONDING TREATMENT the ideal usage is once per week for normal to damaged hair.
For severely damaged, add BONPLEX-i product.
Can I mix different products?
BONPLEX is specially designed to be friendly with other products, you can use other brand products while using BONPLEX line, additionaly, BONPLEX-i will work in any product you mix in. We recommend using it with our products for a better result.
IS THE DEVELOPER DAMAGE FREE?
Our BONPLEX Developer isn't completely damage-free, but what sets it apart from other developers is that it incorporates ingredients designed to reconnect and repair hair during the processing. As the bleach peroxide takes effect, the BONPLEX Developer simultaneously works to mend the broken bonds, leading to healthier and shinier hair once the entire coloring process is completed.
Can I use it on Keratin treated hair?
BONPLEX is keratin-safe, but it won't yield any additional effects as keratin treatment acts as a barrier on your hair strands, preventing ingredient penetration. We recommend using it once the keratin has dissipated from your hair.
